Accounts
Each account is a separate customer with its own projects, people and settings. Accounts cannot see each other's data.
As app admin you manage accounts and appoint one system admin for each. You do not have access to their project data.
Access requests
People who asked for access from zumiplan.com.
Archived projects
Completed or stopped projects. They keep all their data and no longer count towards anyone's workload.

Project types & stages
Ready-made types you can add
Each arrives with its stages and a scoring set already filled in. Edit anything afterwards.
Settings
Modules
Choose which of your user types can see each module included in your plan.
Switching one off only hides it — any data already entered is kept.
To add a module to your plan, contact Zumiplan.
Financial assumptions
This single rate is used to calculate NPV and risk-adjusted NPV for every project and across the portfolio. Shared by your whole team.
User management
Project access by user
Contributors and project leaders only see the projects ticked here. Portfolio leaders and admins see everything.
Teams
Group people into teams with a leader. Teams can be given access to projects, which saves assigning each person one at a time.
Activity log
Every change to projects, types, teams, people and settings in this account, newest first.
Connection
Whether this app is currently talking to your Zumiplan database, where all projects, people and settings are stored.
If it says not connected, the app cannot load or save anything and the credentials in config.js need checking.
